After locking in on 2 topic spaces and our future research methods, we decided to make a list of questions we want answered through our research:

 

TOPIC SPACE 1 (RESOURCES/INFORMATION): 5 QUESTIONS

• what are the resources in cincinnati to help people in poverty?
• what resource would be the most effective at connecting those in need with their resources?
• how are people in poverty connected to their resources?
• where do cincinnatians in poverty go for help?
• do these people feel like they know all their options? is there ever a sense of confusion/being in the dark on where to turn?

 

TOPIC SPACE 2 (EDUCATION): 5 QUESTIONS

• what age range should our focus be on?
• what subject under early childhood education should we prioritize?
• where is early childhood education lacking for children in poverty?
• what organizations in cincinnati are focused on improving early childhood education for children in poverty?
• how can communication design be used to help children in poverty in the realm of early childhood education?
